Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Our Packaging

All our Packaging is Eco Friendly. We recycle where possible, so some of our boxes may look a little unloved. If you parcel does contain plastic packaging – we have reused it from our suppliers.

Shipment processing time

If you live locally to Shrewsbury your order will be delivered my hand if you are in our free local delivery catchment areas.

Please allow 1-3 working days for your order to be processed and dispatched in any other cases.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Our standard delivery is £5.00 and sent via Royal Mail.

Once you receive an automatic email to say your order has been dispatched. Please allow 3-5 working days for your order to arrive.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. (Especially over busy periods)

Please let us know if you haven’t received it and we will take a look our end.

Damages 
Bevy’s Fur Babies is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the U.K.
